Our Process
1. Earthwork & Excavation
Our experienced operators excavate to design depths, remove unsuitable soils, and prepare the subgrade for base material placement.
2. Base Preparation
We place and compact granular base materials in controlled lifts, with density testing to ensure proper support for the concrete slab.
3. Laser Grading
Using laser-guided grading equipment, we achieve precise subgrade elevations across the entire slab area, ensuring uniform slab thickness.
4. Vapor Barrier & Reinforcement
We install vapor barriers with properly sealed joints, followed by rebar or mesh reinforcement placed to structural specifications.
5. Formwork Installation
Precision formwork is set and verified with laser levels to ensure accurate slab edges and elevations for the concrete pour.
